Terms of use
Last updated: 25 October 2026
These terms apply when you use Expino, a Morrow4 service ("Expino", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using Expino you agree to them. Please also read our Privacy policy, which explains how we handle your information.
1. What Expino is
Expino helps families keep track of documents, events and subscriptions and reminds them before dates come up. It can read details from photos and PDFs to save you typing.
2. Founding release
Expino is in its Founding release: an early version offered to a limited group of families by invitation. During this period:
- Expino is free of charge. If we introduce paid plans, we will tell you in advance; nothing will be charged without your clear agreement.
- Features may change, be added or be removed as we improve the service, and there may be occasional interruptions.
- We may end the Founding release. If we do, we will give at least 30 days' notice and help you get a copy of your information.
3. Expino is a reminder tool, not advice
Expino helps you remember; it doesn't replace official documents or advice. Always check dates and details against the original documents and the issuing authority. Automatic reading can make mistakes, which is why you review every field before saving. Reminders depend on the dates you save, your settings, and email or push delivery, which we can't fully guarantee. Renewing documents on time remains your responsibility.
4. Your account and household
- You must be at least 18 to create an account, and the information you give must be accurate.
- Keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your account; tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.
- The main admin who created the household is responsible for it: who is invited, what access they get (household admin or personal), and whether the account is deleted. Household admins can manage all of the household's items and members.
- Logins belong to the household they were created in. If someone leaves or their sign-in is removed, their login is deleted and their family member profile and items stay with the household.
- A household can have a limited number of people who sign in and family members without sign-in, as shown in the app.
5. Your content
- The documents, files and details you add ("your content") remain yours.
- You allow us to store, copy, read (including with our own AI model) and display your content only as needed to run Expino for your household. We don't use it for advertising or to train AI, and we don't sell it.
- Only add documents and information about other people when you are allowed to, for example as their parent or guardian, or with their agreement.
- Expino is not a substitute for keeping your original documents safe. Keep your own copies of anything important.
6. Acceptable use
Please don't:
- use Expino for anything unlawful, or to store documents you have no right to hold;
- try to access other households' information, or test, probe or break our security;
- overload the service, use automated tools to access it, or copy or resell it;
- upload malicious files or content that is abusive or infringes others' rights.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules, and will tell you why unless the law prevents it.
7. Ending your use
You can stop using Expino at any time. Members can leave a household; the main admin can delete the account, which freezes the household for 30 days and then permanently deletes it, as described in the Privacy policy.
8. Availability and liability
We work hard to keep Expino available, accurate and secure, and we back it up every day. Even so, Expino is provided "as is", especially during the Founding release, without guarantees that it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, or for fines, fees or missed opportunities caused by a missed or late renewal. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that cannot be limited by law.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top and, for important changes, tell you by email or in the app before they take effect. If you don't agree, you can stop using Expino and delete your account.
